Pros
This company is a servant leadership focused company. We regularly hear from vendors, employees and Franchise candidates that we have an exceptional culture that is different from what they see elsewhere.
Cons
This company was purchased at the end of 2020 and has gone through a complete rebrand and internal reconstruction. The results have been incredible, but there is still a long way to go to get to the level of world class that we are striving for, which will mean hard work and some sacrifice.
