I was asked by Dan to tell him about me, not as a professional, but as a person. I thought that added a touch of care and wanting to understand the candidate on a better level.
Caryn asked me what makes me satisfied in a role, I think the question is important to start a great working relationship to understand the candidate on a professional level.
