Cons
Within the Metacloud division, management could be improved. There seems to be a lack of clear structure in performance evaluation, with feedback often feeling vague or overly task-focused rather than developmental. Additionally, the absence of experienced senior QA guidance makes it challenging for junior team members to grow effectively, as much of the work is done independently without proper mentorship.
