Pros

Lots of autonomy, no micromanagement, great culture, and on-going learning opportunities.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Promises of higher salary, with no delivery. Below average benefits. Little direction from local leadership. Very little diversity.

We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. Our company realizes how important it is to offer our employees a competitive benefits package. Over the past year, we have made major positive changes towards our employee benefits, pay and PTO packages. It is important for us to create a working environment that promotes internal growth. Not only does this give employees a clear career path with us, but it also creates long-term employees. We value our employees and will continue to make efforts to provide them with what they need.

Pros

None, I use to love this job. Now I just dread going to work. Too many clicks, and if you don't fit in, you will be an outsider. Its also nice to see many employees doing little to no work with no repercussions. The one place where nothing works should be the actual slogan.

Cons

I use to love this place. Then upper management changed, we lost a bunch of accounts. Employees have been fired right and left, or ran for the hills (they are the smart ones). They have events, but don't allow field technicians enough flexibility to get to them. You will be underpaid, watched like a hawk, and don't expect to get ahead. There are little to no opportunities to advance, and when there are, they are not posted for you to apply to them. Current management will pick and choose who gets a chance for the opening.
