The management encourages and guides us to take part in certification trainings, examinations and rewards us as well. We celebrate birthdays, festivals and any special event as a team. I haven't at all faced a day of stress-full work in my career at SubmitINme. Freshers and experienced professionals are trained and treated the way they deserve. Our CEO is an all-rounder who knows every nook and corner of the game (SEO). He checks our performance individually and sits with us like a colleague or a trainer to teach us the right method of doing things. He points out our mistakes from time to time and never forgets to appreciate our efforts.
