Pros

Subex is a good place to learn; there is a lot of work available and you are given trust and independence to carry out. People are also the best asset. Management are very accesible which is rare in global organisations. Flexibility People support

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic: lengthy and erratic processes and policies which just make agile work in every field very difficult. They would need a team just to review and make everything more efficient. Poor internal platforms: systems are there to enable work and reduce pressure on people but this is just the opposite in Subex. Cheapest platforms purchased, no intuitive which just consume time and energy and prevent you from focus attention on actual work. Lack of well-being - working beyond your working hours is taken for granted, not respected, not appreciated. Unfair appraisal system- extremely overly complicated process designed to demotivate employees with unattainable targets. A lot of effort to put into it to then offer insignificant salary increases. Understaff: frequently people are left to do the job of others with no support until burnout. Ethics - Some employees on key positions show completely lack of ethics and that is allowed while valuable people leave.
