Pros
Work-life balance is easily maintained while working here. Management is understanding and helpful. They understand your problems and try their best to provide as much help as possible. Flexibility of time allows us to manage our work and family commitments easily.
Cons
We have a team working from all parts of India in both the WFH model and from the office, so it is tough to organize any outdoor fun activities which I miss most after COVID.
