Pros

In some locations, if you look hard enough, you will find people who are genuinely passionate about international education and are still striving to turn Study Group into an organization that all employees can be proud of. It's a thankless task.

Cons

Everything that needs to be written on Glassdoor about Study Group has been, ad infinitum. The themes are crystal clear - unapproachable and often disillusioned executive management whose only priority is the bottom line, lack of demonstrable concern for student outcomes, lack of development offered to teachers, limited career progression opportunities for all and very long hours expected with many people's health and/or family lives suffering as a consequence. All of this is true. The extent to which this would impact your career completely depends on the location and function you would be working in. No 2 offices provide the same benefits or present the same challenges. Do your research thoroughly. Proceed with care.

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to create positive student outcomes. We are all about enabling students to realise their potential through a transformational learning experience, so it is disappointing to read that this is not what came across to you during your time with us. While we continue to focus on our targets to ensure that we keep growing as an organisation, we are mindful that these targets should not affect our people's well-being. It is also our intention to give every employee the opportunity to develop themselves and their career in an enjoyable, fast-paced environment during the time they spend with us.
