it was straight forward, panel interview followed by post task. the environment was really positive. panel was friendly and considerate they give you time to prepare for your ans and supports you to answer properly.
first filled out the application form and submitted my CV, where I included my academic background and any relevant experience. After that, I received a call inviting me to an interview. During the interview, I would expect to talk about why I want to become a tutor and the subjects I feel confident teaching. I might also be asked to do a short teaching demonstration, where I explain a topic clearly as if I were teaching a student.
