Management knows the errors of the past and tries to fix it Universities portfolios are growing, making Study Group the biggest Pathway provider in the industry Supportive and hardworking colleagues Transparent communication within one's division

Cons

HR don't exist Salaries are below market averages Resources are spread out across different global offices (hard to find quick help when needed) Work 24/7 unless you have the guts to say no Expensive HMO medical insurance Internal system archaic and inefficient Processes are under constant change Internal conflicts/competition within divisions Ridiculous/achievable targets
