Pros

Great salary & benefits. I was proud to work for a company who helped people improve their quality of life. Beautiful facility, good perks: fully stocked gym with personal trainers free of charge, first rate cafeteria, dry cleaning services and "convenience store" for cards, snacks, gifts, toiletries, stamps, etc.

Cons

Stryker expects ALOT from their employees. Finance department is understaffed, and it takes an extremely long time to get positions filled due to their strict interviewing process. In Finance, favoritism was blatent. Managers are "buddies" with too many employees, making it very obvious who they like and don't like.

Pros

I respect the company and what it does to help make drs lives easier with providing tools

Cons

Stryker was the worst place I ever worked. Upper management needs a lot of work. I watch the VP invite new employees in and treat them like a friend until a new person come in and then push the old one out. Never any security and you always have to watch your back. Sports Medicine could be great with a different management team.
