Pros
Stryker’s culture is second to none and their expectation around quota is insanely high. If you are motivated and willing to take this head on, the dividends paid are truly amazing.
Cons
Quota achievement is tantamount to longevity. If you miss 2 quotas you will be let go. Almost not a con if you can make it work and go for it day in and say out!
