Pros
The breaks are nice, along with the food they provide in the vending machine. They are very flexible when taking breaks.
Cons
Poorly managed, managers are always looking down and pointing out your flaws when they make the same mistake they will blame you. They dont follow policy along with them not thinking before they do.
