Expect to be overworked and underpaid. They do so much to focus on employees, “voluntary” happy hours and company events. But fail to leave out that you have to complete the same amount of work. Glassdoor shows they are a great employer but don’t waste your time. Expect NO job flexibility or movement if you expect to change rollls within the company. Expect joh progression over a 30 year span. My advice is don’t.
