Pros

. Good Technical People in US . Good Colleagues . Lunch is Free, Yes. . Less WorkPressure . Location is NCR . Good Opportunities for ME guys(Only if you want to make Cart/table/Chairs/trolleys etc) . Strategic Location in NCR,people get emotional and join Stryker, realising after 6 months that they are left for nowhere.

Cons

. No Pipeline of Projects . Not a Good Place for Design Engineers, QA and HR Guys. . MNC is turning into Desi Culture . Some Guys from Villages who don't even know how to talk have become Managers . Making Carts Trolleys Chairs and Tables, a software guy might be asked to do so . Anybody can be Fired any Day.. Right from HR Head to R&D Head . Desi HRs, Anybody can get hired if you have good links. . Foolish Management, Instead of Firing Undeserving people they Protect them. . PIP(Funniest Part...) it is like Dictators tool, you can be on PIP for anything.. attitude, behaviour, you don't say hi/hello to your manager, you don't wish your manager, you don't clean his a** etc.

Pros

The individual contributors you work with are fantastic people and the products we work on are really interesting and have significant impacts on patient care.

Cons

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
