Literally zero pros. Joining product security (PSSC) in Stryker (Gurgaon/Bangalore) should be avoided like anything.
Cons
Leaving this company was one of the best career decisions I have made. My stress levels dropped significantly after leaving this team (PSSC). Everyday felt like losing employee dignity here. Managers will rip you off your dignity and talk about your negatives in front of juniors colleagues. People working in PSSC and mostly junior engineers who are not yet technically sound. Technical excellence takes a back seat to politics and a “yes sir” culture. Environment is very toxic. You will often hear termination threats. The best way to stay here is to please management and create a good perception. Your work and technical skills won’t help. Managers and leaders don’t understand security.
