Pros
- Excellent team environment. There is little infighting, most of you fellow salesmen want to see you succeed. - Compensation structure rewards you for your work. Work hard and sell big and you'll get paid big. - Products are high quality, makes it easy to sell when price isn't a factor and creates awesome customer loyalty.
Cons
- No covered expenses, at least for my division. You can get big expenses like large dinners or flights covered, but not gas, lunches, or car allowance. - With trying to run low-cost and lean, management often prioritizes resources to biggest sellers and markets. If you're small you don't get as many resources your way.
