Pros
Awesome company culture - very collaborative and creative teams. The people at String and Key are super dynamic. I always say there are no two people alike but in the best way possible. Everyone adds their own unique flavor and spice. Being that we are a small sized company we are able to work in a close-knit environment where people feel real support from coworkers and also leadership. Work schedules are flexible and our people are empowered to get their work done and be productive without anyone breathing down your neck. There is a level of trust established and thats great for morale. I l also think our benefits package is amazing !
Cons
Call me old school but I sometimes miss the times where I could pick up a phone and connect with people. Channels of communication are limited to slack and very little email. For some this is a pro but for a recruiter like me, every channel counts. Sometimes people forget to view their messages or you need an answer in real time so not having company phones becomes challenging.
