Pros
Leadership is highly diversified and will give young and unusual talent a chance to rapidly grow and run teams, and do experiments in new business fields. This creates an energy of experimentation and possibility. With one of the studios being active any given day, there's a sense of 24/7 activity. Overall in the creative field, you will find a lot of career opportunities here, with a team that tries to listen and evolve. There is a lot of new and exciting tech they work with (thought sometimes overwhelming).
Cons
The speed at which the studios move can be jarring for some, as directions will change and evolve. 24/7 activity at times can feel overwhelming. Also, as any big organisation, you might get to speak with the leadership and they will agree and push on some changes, but before they become reality, working their way through the system, might take time. And yea, there's a lot of work to be done. Workload is distributed fairly, but managers do end up working more than their teams on average.
