      Pros

      -The company engaged to different projects in Cdn/US, lots of learning opportunities -Competitive salary -Over Time can be banked and used towards vacation -Good office location

      Cons

      Fast-paced company, busy work environment. It can be stressful sometimes since management have high expectations in turnaround time and quality of work (you can also learn a lot from it though)

      There isn’t a friendly atmosphere, and the agents are very competitive with each other. Additionally, some of them are poorly qualified
