      Such a positive environment! My bosses trained me and provided a lot of support. The instructions for guiding kids through activities were clear. Everyone was very encouraging as I learned!

      None really but this job might not be for you if you dislike learning.

      Coworkers are great people and the admin on the grounds are well-intentioned

      Cons

      No matter how great everyone is, everything stops at the CEO. She does not know how to run a business and takes offense to anyone trying to help her.
