The company has a very large vision - virtually to reinvent how both commercial real estate and consumer retail behave & interact across big cities with a primary mission to make retail accessible to anyone in the world. The crazy part is that every day more and more property owners, young brands and big box retailers flood to the site to find or list space. • Everyone on the NYC team is committed and passionate • Office has a fun atmosphere, but everything is performance-based • When certain KPIs achieved, entire team celebrates together • Everyone genuinely enjoys each others' company, goes out after work • Great team leader & manager that inspires and motivates • Brand partnerships are among the top in the world • Every day is a challenge and an exercise in problem solving • Everyone given autonomy with direction • The office is very central in Soho, full of startups and cool young companies
Cons
The company's main issue is how to handle growth. The pop-up world is moving very fast and the demand for spaces throughout the world is picking up pace. I have faith that Storefront will put strategies in place, but such is the challenge with such a ripe market. • Company went global overnight from merger, so little interaction with international counterparts • Executive management constantly traveling • Density of inbound business sometimes difficult to manage
