I really enjoyed my time working at StorMagic! The company is full of some really bright individuals and I valued the relationships I built with my colleagues. What I appreciated most about StorMagic was the way that they truly valued work life balance, which isn't always the case for startups.

Salary was fairly low and there weren't many opportunities for raises / promotion.

management are often disconnected from whats really happening in the market. Lack of focus on a product that we sell the most of. Too much focus on a product that lacks features deemed vital for customers.
