Down time between ships Shift pattern 4 on 4 off
Cons
Cut company sick pay when covid hit when staff needed it more than ever, low wage increases, Difference between wages eg. one person is earning £600 more a month than you. While another can earn £180 more than you. pension is very low and no options to increase. No option to advance in a career. Work load isnt shared out equally Nights shift with no extra pay. Dead end job unfortunately.
