Personality test then a phone call interview. Then a a in person recruitment day which included a Presentation with about 30 people, group work with about 5 and ended with short interviews

2 stages for an entry level role (which included a written task and formal questions, 2nd stage was delivering a presentation - which I feel is too much. Feedback was very minimal. Overall, not a positive experience.

"Career Roadshow at Local Hotel. Chatted with two staff members, one HR and one operational. Fairly laid back approach. The drop out rate is high, so plenty were offered positions, in the hope that some would stay
