      -Pay is fair for what we do, but could be better for expectations and responsibility of job -Benefits from company are good, like free sailings -Safety culture has got lot better

      -High pressure to get boats turnaround on time -Time to recover after nights shifts, only a couple of days before back in normally

      Pros

      This company is saturated in Swedish tradition. Fantastic working conditions and solid pay. Employees are very friendly and seem happy

      Cons

      Sometimes management does not make the most efficient decisions. I wish the company stayed more technologically savvy
