      Nice salary to start off.

      Cons

      No one really helps you and they seem to not truly understand what direction they are taking. They seemingly discuss what how you're doing behind your back and then let you go without giving you adjustments that you can make to do better at your job.

      Some of the crew members were lazy but that’s not the company’s fault.

      Pros

      Supervisors were extremely nice and all staff members I interacted with were genuine and cared about their employees. Provided great experience in the environmental field. Respectful of time off needed and cared about personal development. President of the company was very driven and friendly.

      Cons

      Salary was not greatest, but company management made up for it.
