Stell Environmental interview questions

Received an email to do a "screening assessment" which was really a 10-page document with 23 steps that needed to be done in 24 hours. I wish I trusted my gut since I thought it was a bit extreme to do so much unpaid work for a test. Only four hours after sending it back, I got a boilerplate rejection email from someone else in HR. It was a complete waste of my time
