Severe micromanaging on the managers part. Granted the firm is small but being 1 degree separated from the CEO is a bit odd. Also the CEO is firm but a bit sneaky. Once out contracted ended in March 2021, several employees on my team were told our salaries would not be cut by Likia over and over but days later, we found out they were in fact cut by more than 20% right before payday. I was fine with the pay cut but being told constantly by the CEO that nothing would change until days before payday left me feeling blindsided and is ultimately why I left the company. I felt like the company “valued” me until I resigned then it was very hard to communicate with anyone and I wasn’t even allowed to complete my two weeks. The same day HR called me to ask my opinion on the “company” and strangely reiterated that the CEO (Likia) was not in the room even though it was very obvious that she was (the phone was on speaker and I could hear chairs shuffling, I mean come on). I would recommend this company if you need a quick resume booster or are looking for something short term but I learned very quickly that this company doesn’t value their employees or loyalty. Everyone on my former team eventually left the company and I think that alone speaks for itself.
