Pros

Great Use Cases, Useful Technology, Few Competitors, Some excellent Exec level staff

Cons

Next to no training or on-boarding for new sales/account managers, very much left to learn on the job. "mentor" programme isn't functional. little motivation to review suggestions made by younger staff members, very much set in old ways. Minimal investment from the board, nearly 20 years as a company but no real progression out of the older, boiler room psyche. Very much felt like there were favourites in the office, management glossing over poor performance by senior sales staff, senior sales staff deflecting attention from their own poor performance by leveraging relationships with senior management to look at other, less experienced staff members.

Pros

There are a lot of great things to say about STEALTHbits (e.g. awesome corporate culture, competitive salaries and benefits, etc.), but above all else, the things I appreciate most about working here are the lack of politics (everyone is accessible) and the talent (we’ve got the most incredible people here). Everyone is willing to help each other and the mindset across the board is to do whatever’s necessary for the greater good, and of course, the customer. On the technology side, the things I love most about our products are their flexibility and interoperability. Our Product Managers and Developers have done a great job of making sure our products and solutions are malleable enough to meet the specific requirements of our customers, because rarely does one size fit all in this type of space. This has made the products much easier to sell and much more attractive than competitive offerings to our customers. The ability to integrate with other technologies and automate manual processes is also a significant value add and something our customers love.

Cons

Not sure you could call this a “con”, but if you aren’t a self-starter, you might not like it here. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment and everyone’s busy getting things done. If you ask for help, want additional training, etc., you’ll get everything you ask for and some, but no one is going to dictate every ounce of your day or give you a pep talk each morning to get you fired up for the day.
