Went in and spoke to the project manager. Was very friendly and forward about the pros and cons of the position. Went in after one phone interview. Interview lasted about 1 hour . Got to meet the people I would be working with on the spot and was introduced to all of the bosses. A very small workplace, everyone gets to know each other
