Pros

Good opportunity to grow within different departments and work worldwide Great facilities and work conditions (Medical care too) Friendly leaders and a potentially good work environment Sports-related work is also a benefit for anyone who enjoys Football, Ice Hockey, Basketball, and so on.

Cons

Management issues regarding uncertainty of the future Cronyism in many internal promotions Low salary (at the time) compared to the average salary and the high responsibility of the title Gender imbalance (mostly men, which sometimes leads to a more immature environment and lack of professionalism) Frequent nocturnal shifts and irregular hours, that impact employees' work-life balance, well-being, and overall job satisfaction and led to burnout of some colleagues.

Pros

It was a pleasure working for Stats Perform. I learned a lot, and I will miss them. I enjoyed working with all the different teams over the years and everyone was very pleasant to work with, respectful and kind. One of the best, if not, the best company I have worked for in all my years in this field.

Cons

I didn't have a negative experience, so don't really have anything to add in terms of cons.
