Pros

They have a couple of products that look like they'd be great.

Cons

Management lies from the very beginning during your interview. The "leads" they send you on are the worst leads I've ever seen in over 20 years of sales, most of them either don't show, or are one party and can't make a decision. The sales manager provides with leads but he also runs leads, so clearly he sets himself up before anyone else.

Pros

The pay was decent, and the scheduling was flexible.

Cons

The company seemed somewhat scammy. Former customers would regularly come up to me to complain about shoddy remodel jobs and inconsistent contractors as well as pushy design consultants. I had no way to communicate these complaints to other departments.
