- coworkers are very supportive and interested in doing the right thing - good mission - staff and volunteers are truly and genuinely committed - remote workforce with a few in-person activities

- typical challenges of nonprofits due to lack of budget and bandwidth to do everything we would like to do, lots of work to be done and not enough funds to do it and spread out the work amongst people
