Unfortunately, for contractors, we are prevented by law from offering benefits. The hourly rates that we pay to contractors and full time salaries are competitive and allows us to have such an amazing staff. While we are committed to growing our staff of full-time employees in the Quito office, contractors in general need to find their own learning and growth opportunities, outside of the many tangible ways they can grow within our projects.
We work on large software projects, and have a small team so we are limited in terms of the number of projects we can take at any given time. However, most of our clients have worked with us for multiple years, which we think is a very strong testament to our talented team and management.
We are sorry about the experience that you had with management. It does not seem reflective of the experience of our current staff. Unfortunately, we have had to part ways with some staff over the last few years due to an unpleasant environment that it created on the team, and we are happy to have an extremely positive team presently who are committed to the success of our projects and company.
