Pros

I have worked as an intern for 3 months. One of the reviews here come from a friend so I thought I might add my own. A pro is that SB has a nice office location.

Cons

The CTO is out of his mind and needs to gain some people skills. The company makes mistake after mistake and does not learn from them. This was apparent even in the short time I was there. They have two main Ecuadorian employees who seem to be extremely unqualified but hold most of the influence by gossiping with the under qualified CEO over lunch. Pay is low.

Pros

CTO is obsessed with code quality and good object-oriented design. Engineers do weekly technical talks.

Cons

Barely gives any help/mentorship to new software developers. Obsessed with Haskell instead of computer languages most people use. No training program. Refuses to spend much time answering code questions. Barely pays anything in Ecuador.
