Extremely challenging and rewarding job.

Security is a growing challenge. After hours work is required at times.

Good jail administration and coworkers. Days off work are awesome.

Upper admin hate the jail and don't hide it other people have been told your just jail staff stay in your lane, the sheriff being the worst of them all. Moat of the patrol deputies are great but some however straight up treat you like sub humans.
