Company is on the decline. Several employees that worked for the company for many years and fairly new ones have left. Several promises made my upper management with no delivery, made many employees lose trust. No raises or bonuses since COVID. They do not invest in their employees and they expect you to work above your title with pay below market, because they don’t have the money to invest in talent. They struggle to find direction, continuously changing strategies mid course, always in a constant state of pivot. The President has never had a leadership role before the CEO decided to promote her to be president of the company, which already says a lot. Stay as far away as possible.
