      nice sense of community, you can learn a lot of new practical things also mf side some very creative people

      Cons

      horribly disfunctional staff, rude and entitled residents, huge turnover rate of staff, toxic cult-like culture, no room for professional growth

      SLR is a friendly and beautiful environment, within which we get to do meaningful work. Work-life balance is a priority, benefits are good, food is delicious, and flexibility and teamwork are encouraged, making it feel like a true community. The Ranch adapts to employee interests and really invests in keeping people around.
