Pros
Owner is pretty dynamic and interesting. He gave me carte blanche to review as I desired. So, I must say. They are not as big as the other bedliner companies, but I think this is an advantage. They really place a lot of importance on applicator technical support. This is a huge plus for this company. PLus they support Large DIY jobs that are not really handled by Companies like Line-X and Rhino. The owner is very busy so if you work for them you have to be self motivated and managed or else you WILL fail. You are expected to be prompt,m professional and knowledgeable. If you do not know what you are doing, do not even attempt to work here. He knows quite a bit about a lot of stuff, so he sees through BS immediately. These are all positive things related to the review of Spray-Lining because this provides opportunity for a motivated person to be self-managed and receive great on the job training.
Cons
Well, you have to get used to processing a lot of information daily. The owner has a ton of ideas and is constantly pushing to review products on the retail and commercial level. The goal of these are to remain aware of the changes in the market. Comparing the industry giants to Spray-Lining can be daunting sometimes because of the amount of IT energy expended by these large corporations. This makes it seem like there is no way to catch up, but reality is if you review performance year after year, we are gaining. Do not be discouraged, be motivated by a positive work environment with lots of room to grow.
