Pros

Job security. Liberal in their policy.

Cons

The problem with Spray-Lining is its struggle with giant conglomerates. Specifically our chemical giants; more exact would be the "coatings industry". The constant conflict or constant struggle to tell you the truth at SLC is this stubborn refusal to except that big powers rule. I am grateful oftheir intentions but I've learned also, it is what it is. Now that I was ejected for reasoning facts the argument of SLC is technology is more important than power. Or profit. So while I thank them I could also admit they really took a lot of extra unpaid hours.
