Pros

Spray-Lining, or SLC ships polyurea that equates to or supersedes Line-X & Rhino Linings quality. SLC prices are lower than both Rhino & Line-X at the corporate level. With lower costs & better product, these dealerships earn more profit.

Cons

Although Spray-Lining has been credible, ethical and is legally allowed to ship polyurea to competing dealers, they, meaning the dealership owners are not contractually allowed to buy from SLC because it competes with Rhino, Line-X; all polyurea bed liner dealership vendors. Therefore breach of these contracts or franchises were set up or initiated by SLC. Its the dealer's liability only so if Line-X or Rhino corporate revoke them SLC moves in with its own dealer in territories established by their ship-jumping dealership owner. Its win-win for SLC, truck owners win out but terminated (Rhino / Line-X) dealership owners can be financially hurt.
