      Lately the shift has been toward efficiency and generating profit which in general has been good as Spotify needed that but there is definitely more pressure to deliver than before

      Some teams have good work life balance while other teams are constantly crunching due to requirements and prio changes

      AI push and low comp compared to other orgs, absolutely no career growth unless you are strong playing the stupid politics games.
