Mostly dedicated workers, great product, terrific customer base, recognizable company, opportunity to grow, president who cared about employees

Young workers who didn't dedicate to their jobs, too much chattering and drama, financial issues, some upper level employees not in right seats

The only pro would be some of the coworkers

When I was hired they were trying to expand their marketing department and thought they could hire a marketing person full time- they were wrong. There was no clear office space for me, no real direction, any ideas were shot down because they had been unsuccessfully implemented in the past. They could not support the role and made me work in the stores, which is a minimum wage job. I was also promised full benefits and never received any of them.
