Pros

When I wake up in the morning I think about the level of enthusiasm or dreadfulness I feel knowing I have to go to work. Having worked at Spoiler Alert for over a year now, fortunately, I have no feelings of dreadfulness. In fact, I think I like it more than I did when I started. The people at this company are smart, motivated, and mission oriented. Everyone cares about what we're working on and can see the impact we're making day-in and day-out. The founders of Spoiler Alert focus on executing the business plan but also on the smaller things that are important to employees. For example, I joined the company as the fourth full-time employee and they had already developed a robust onboarding experience, mission statement and company morals, and were willing to invest in professional development, which is rare for a startup that size. From a sales perspective, the technology delivers on the value we claim and we are working with some of the largest food companies in the U.S. The food supply chain is an exciting niche to work with tons and tons of opportunity for disruption.

Cons

This is a startup environment. If you want a 9 to 5, Spoiler Alert likely isn't the right place for you.

Pros

I highly recommend Spoiler Alert. I really enjoyed my time working there, great people, great mission and great work ethic

Cons

Really not much, its a fully remote company which was not what I was looking for but aside from that Spoiler Alert is great
