Pros

Spoiler Alert gives employees a lot of opportunity and flexibility to grow and advance their careers. As a smaller, younger company, there's room to shape your role around your skills and desires. The company is growing quickly and working with some of the biggest companies in the industry, and still keeping a clear mission. Combined with a high level of transparency from leadership, this makes it easy to feel good about the work you're doing. Leadership is very available and puts a focus on being accessible to everyone throughout the company.

Cons

Benefits are the biggest shortcoming. No 401k match, relatively expensive health plans, no HSA option. If you don't like remote work, Spoiler Alert probably isn't for you.

Pros

The leadership and management at Spoiler Alert are exceptionally thoughtful and lead without ego. Everything is done with intentionality. I've never worked at a company with such a high level of transparency. Great work-life balance. Fully remote, with an office in Boston. There are good benefits including an office stipend, yearly wellness stipend, and annual learning stipend. The company always considers employees' feedback, providing a lot of opportunities for growth and learning.

Cons

Expensive health insurance and no 401k match. Most employees are in their 20s-mid 30s and it would be nice to have more industry veterans in the company, especially for learning and mentorship opportunities.
