      I've worked with some of the most talented and experienced individuals in Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Sales.

      Cons

      with HQ located in SF, we sometimes didn't get the needed level of attention in Australia.

      Pros

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
