      Good work life balance. Better pay sometime comparable to that of FAANG.

      Nothing to learn. Just UI and backend, not much of System Design thinking.

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
