Amazing company to work for. Always there for any questions or concerns you may have. I have never worked for a company before that respects the staff as much as Splice Digital. It's not just a company you work for, but you join a family that makes you enjoy logging into work everyday

Pros
Work from home. Good hours.
There are great people working for this company, but the owners are not people centric and are clueless on how to create and maintain a positive working culture.
Cons
Owner is not a good leader. Micromanages to an extreme degree. I was belittled and very disrespected from day one of working with him. Working for Splice left me with significant emotional distress. It was an absolutely horrible experience.
Lots of room to grow, i was able to transition from developing to QA and then to QA specialist seamlessly and i received training and support in the transition.
Splices big portfolio of clients and projects makes for an engaging environment
