I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Splice Digital (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2025
Interview
My interview process with Splice Digital felt off from the start. The initial HR interview was awkward, she kept her camera off while asking me to keep mine on, which didn’t feel right. I was then asked to complete a home assessment with two tasks: first, build a WordPress plugin with API endpoints for headless integration, and second, create a product feedback tool using Laravel and React. A few days after submitting, I was told I had reached the final round to meet the leadership (Jennifer). That conversation went well in my opinion, but afterward they ghosted me completely without any closure.
